Litigation Paralegal Job Opening

Osborne and Francis has an immediate opening for a full-time, in-office, litigation paralegal in their Boca Raton location. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation. Candidate must be able to handle all phases of litigation including pre-suit investigation through to trial. The candidate must have the ability and desire to handle complex litigation on State and Federal levels. Candidates must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent teamwork and communication skills with attorneys, staff, clients and opposing counsel. Candidate will be able to handle all aspects of litigation, including obtaining and reviewing medical records, expert conferences, the drafting of pleadings, drafting discovery, coordinating hearings, depositions, meditations, e-filings, and trial preparation.

Must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Power Point. Knowledge of Trialworks a plus but not required.
