Associate Attorney Job Opening

We at Liggio Law are looking for a new associate.

We need a slightly different skill set from the run-of-the-mill lawyer.

The lawyer must be able to think on his/her feet. He/she must be able to take a deposition, go to court, and effectively argue.

It is imperative that he/she needs to be an outstanding researcher, both legal and otherwise, and must be able to write well.

Our practice mostly involves insurance disputes of all types, class actions, bad faith, and an increasing emphasis on consumer matters, commercial torts, and fraud cases.

We still handle some Personal Injury matters, (no products, no med mal, no nursing home), but it is a small percentage of our caseload.

Applicant needs to be a self-starter.
